I'd like to take over net-mgmt/cdpd

All,

I can take over net-mgmt/cdpd if need be.  We use it at the day job, where we 
have lots of freeBSD boxen that speak BGP and other routing protocols.  Dayjob 
has a poudriere set up and I’d like to give it more exercise.
