I filed a bug report https://github.com/Perl/perl5/issues/22132 and got
it building after further tries.

It doesn't build with "CPUTYPE?= amdfam10" set in my make.conf, but it
builds when its commented out. clang was updated fo 14.0.5 to 17.0.6
with 13.3. Maybe its a regression in clang?
