A change to ZFS has meant that py-xattrs (xattr support via python) no longer works with ZFS filesystems.
I wrote a fix, upstreamed it, and a new release has been made. Unfortunately, my PR to get the port upgraded hasn't been actioned after a month. Please could someone action this? Details about the issue are in the PR itself https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=276964 Thanks, Jamie
