Yes, all php was rebuilt. It's fixed now because of https://cgit.freebsd.org/ports/commit/?id=5acc30bdc24452e17fff0127122096bda42b1d18
and deselecting PCRE (this action enables the bundled PCRE) and then rebuilding again. --
