So far I haven't been able to fix all build issues with llvm16 and it's still an ongoing process. I plan to complete this before the final build starts for 14.0-RELEASE. However I have just committed fox 13.2-STABLE for all the fixes I have done till now for HEAD. When I fix the rest of it I will also consider 13.2-STABLE or more preferably OSVERSION 1302507.
