Problems building llvm13 and llvm15?

Are others having problems building both llvm13 and llvm15?
I get errors when trying to rebuild llvm13-13.0.1_3 and upgrading llvm15-15.0.6 
to llvm15-15.0.6_1 on 13.1-STABLE.
I also get failures when I try building on a "clean vm" running 13.1-RELEASE.
