devel/ccache3 <- copy from devel/ccache
devel/ccache4 <- new port
devel/ccache <- switch to meta-port
Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk <- add CCACHE_DEFAULT?= 3

...is that?
But I don't use ccache, though :)
