Makefile (as updated), attached.

I think line 136 has a wrong path (in the last column), do you generate this using modules2tuple? googleapis:google-cloud-go:storage/v1.10.0:googleapis_google_cloud_go_storage \

I think it should be something like:

googleapis:google-cloud-go:storage/v1.10.0:googleapis_google_cloud_go_storage/vendor/google./golang.org/_unkown_ \

the _unkown_ you must fill with the correct directory.
I think modules2tuple has problem if a tag has a / in it.
I see the same problems if the group has a / like if have it for some gitlab 
depedencies.
I had to fix this all the time manually.
