What files are in the localports overlay? Something from that is
confusing the SUBDIR list for the categories.
I suspect that you have audio/something in your overlay but no
audio/Makefile with SUBDIR listings for the added things.
The overlay doesn't have an audio dir in it, just ports-mgmt and dns.
