Log message:
split net/tdlib into net/tdlib/tdlib and net/tdlib/tde2e
The former remains unchanged, the latter is a new port required for
net/tdesktop as pure BUILD_DEPENDENCY.
The way upstream handles this, such split seems like the easiest solution.
