add hidden BDEP on shaderc (results in failure if installed during configure
and junked by dpb). sync WANTLIB while there.
there is a "-DWZ_ENABLE_BACKEND_VULKAN=OFF" next to a "needs glslc" flag
(glslc is part of shaderc) which could possibly be changed now, but no
replies to several ports@ mails about glslc, so I'll leave it as-is until
someone who cares about this port shows up.
