Log message:
asterisk: install the sip_to_pjsip scripts (to assist with conversion
from old chan_sip config to chan_pjsip). generally writing new pjsip
config from the docs is likely to give better results, but this may
still be of some use. (chan_sip is removed after 20.x so if you're
still using it, you'll need to change over sometime).
