based on diffs by Brad with modifications
bulk testing and input by tb@, thanks!
Take maintainer of sdl2-net and sdl2-ttf while here
games/wesnoth and games/freeciv need LDEP updates because of the
changes in dependencies of mixer and image, to be committed soon
after
