It seems like
MODPY_VERSION = ${MODPY_DEFAULT_VERSION_2}
was removed by accident. qtwebengine will not build without python2:
WARNING: QtWebEngine can be built only on Linux, Windows or macOS.
WARNING: QtPdf can be built only on Linux, Windows, macOS or iOS.
