This seems to not be available yet in 14.2R1 but didn¹t had a look to eventually additional needed configuration. Still, it¹s late for me but i can¹t seen it either on the v4/v6 template associated doc: http://www.juniper.net/documentation/en_US/junos14.2/topics/task/configurat ion/services-ipfix-flow-template-flow-aggregation-configuring.html I also suggested sourceMacAddress/Element 56 would be a great idea as future export.
