Yes reading this particular document again, I figured I could have given better pointers. >From what I have understood, Performance Agent add the ability to get application performance related metrics in addition to standard netflow informations. On this particular document [1] on Cisco website some scenarii are described. Among them one I would be interested in is breaking down application response time across different segments of a network. It seems Performance Agent is returning metrics like: - Average Client Network Time - Average WAN Network Time - Average Server Network Time - Average Server Response Time - Average Transaction Time These can be seen at fig 8 and on the log of the "sh mace metrics 1.1.1.1" command (had to download the PDF to have a readable image of this log).
