Hi Daniel,
You don't have a direct control over (data and option) templates. This is
handled internally for you. What influences templates composition is indeed
the aggregation profile ('aggregate' directive) but also packet sampling and
application layer classification.
If in the need for something more tailored/fine grained, i'd be curious to
hear the specific application to see whether i can help/support with that.
