Hi Lynn, your configuration looks pretty good. The error message you are getting is somehow related to the number of concurrent DB writer processes spawned by the SQL plugin. Can i please ask you to check a couple of things and post me the results?
- What is the result of a "ps auxw | grep nfacctd" command while receiving that "Maximum number ..." warning message? - Can you please try adding to your configuration the sql_cache_entries directive with a value (a prime number) close to 256000? Does it either solve or delay the issue? If that's not the case, can you please try enabling debug (debug: true) and posting its output (maybe privately to me if it turns out to be excessively long)? - What operating system are you running? Can you also roughly estimate a number of flows per second your network enviroment is producing? Cheers, Paolo _______________________________________________ pmacct-discussion mailing list http://www.pmacct.net/#mailinglists
