two hints for you: 1) try creating manually (ie. using mysql command
line client) a table in the pmacct database as the pmacct user: this
is to check the whether there is a problem with the permissions; 2)
enable debug ('debug: true') and avoid pushing nfacctd in background
('daemonize: false'): this will help in understanding which SQL query
