Yes, I'm aware of nProbe, and I know that although it's GPL'ed, you
have to pay around 80-100 EUR to get the source of the current version.
On its web page I found this [1]:

Well, that sounds great. I'll try it out tomorrow and will let you know
how are things going.

In your opinion, what hardware will be needed for a PC-based server to
support around and more than 100Mbps, probably around 30-35kpackets/s,
with libpcap capturing? Does the memcpy libpcap verions perform well?
