Hello Derek,
on this issue i would agree with the opinion of Wim. Resolving names online
may introduce latencies (and talking about ddns should prevent any kind of
caching of previous results) that may impact consistently over the accounting
engine performances; it may also generate dangerous 'flows to resolve' loops.
Usually such kind of tasks are accomplished 'offline', charged to frontend
systems.
