Means the connection between the device and the plugin is very
unreliable - lot of dropped packet, so many that even the repeat
mechanism cannot handle that (backlog refers to audio packets kept by
the bridge for potential retransmission - it's a few seconds of audio).
I've seen similar things when an AP has 'black out' periods of  a few
seconds due to any reason, starting with interference. When transmitting
HTTP flow for example you won't see it, but for real time audio it's a
disaster
