Have you tried changing the volume fr M LMS and from the tv remote ? And from another cast controller? It really seems that everything flows normally to the TV and its happy with what it receives LMS 7.7.5 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
