So, to put it simple. You want your car radio to control LMS. I did try this some time ago and it should work if I remember correctly. I use squeeze CTRL and squeezeplayer. Both are setup to connect to my server through the internet using my 'real' ip address. I could try this again next week, when I use my company car which has Bluetooth.
