I had this also today. For me it was due to the fact that I've got a Facebook-linked Spotify-account. So for mysqueezebox.com I had to use the Spotify "Set device password" route (you can Google this). With this, you get an e-mail with a numerical user name and a link to create a password. After you type your new password 2 times you get an error message, but you can use the password!
