The N765 is probably like the N755 (which exist in the pre-defined profiles): it does not support gapless. Simply say "no" in the "Player support gapless" option of the plugin, for the Onkyo or as a general default parameter if this is the only player you us with UPnP LMS 7.7.5 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
