You have a mismatched installation and it needs to be tidied up. For the moment forget about BBCiPlayerExtra and any comment about BBCiPlayerEXtra should be posted on the BBCiPlayerExtra thread - that will avoid confusion. now regarding BBCiPlayer you have to decide what do you want to install and there are only two choices for LMS BBCiPlayer plugin 1. Triodes BBCiPlayer 1.3.x which needs patches as per the posts at top of this thread. 2. A test version of BBCiPlayer plugin which has patches for HLS included and includes support for DASH format which is on beta test by BBC.
