I think I have found 2 issues:
- The executables are not set +x in the Bin directory, so a chmod is
needed.
- In addition, in my case it seems like the web interface is looking
for "squeeze2raop-x86-64" when the distributed file is named
"squeeze2raop-x86_64" (underscore vs. dash)
(and it does core dump if you execute it, but doesn't under sudo... nice
red herrings)
After fixing the name I got the web interface to work as intended I
think. But the bridge doesn't discover my Airplay devices, even after
some time. This is what the linux LMS server sees:

I have enabled debug log, but it is really quite terse, scan start, scan
stop...
Perhaps I am missing a basic requirement?
My server is a VM, wired only, it has no audio device and squeezelite is
not installed there. Is this ok?
