Like PasTim i have no knowledge of ReadyNAS.

If you open the LMS web GUI and go to Settings>Information Tab and
scroll down, the path to the Plugins should be shown.

Taking this as your "yellow brick road" use WinSCP to open the path.

Then with WinSCP you have two panes, the one on the right is the path to
the Plugins and the one on the left is open to the location of the file
you want to transfer.

Just drag it across and replace the previous copy with the new (check
the permissions are the same).

Restart LMS and you should be Golden!

Update to DASH is easier as this is all done from the LMS web GUI.
