The Host name is how the NAS is identified on the network this can be a
"Host Name" or IP address.
The username and password will be for the service on the NAS you are
connecting to (Usually SSH or SFTP)

If you are running windows it might be an idea to get "Netscan"

This can scan your network and get the hostanme / ip address for you
