Can you check if there are any errors in the server.log file or post it if you don't know how to interpret it, you will find it through SBS/LMS Settings/Advanced/Logging. 2. Can you post a screenshot of how it looks like when you get the error, I tried creating a filter called Low_rating in my own setup with a Rating filter item and that work so there has to be something different in your setup that's causing it.
