They currently don't have an API to access the output of these Apps. The Apps themselves are HTML/JavaScript so they could theoretically be shown as part of a web page but they currently only work within Spotify's Win/Mac Application, they are not accessible through the web page or even through Spotify's own iOS App.
All of this is still beta, so let's see what Spotify makes out of it.
