Well using the Filtered artists menu worked. That's good. I'm not sure why that worked better than the other setup. I didn't select any genres only the library and Album Artists selection, and I was set.
As for the suggestion in item 2, not selecting the Various Artists option didn't work. I thought I had tried that before and found the same thing, but I wasn't certain. This is good because I discovered that the CB menu I had for my main db was suffering from the same problem, and the Filtered Artist menu option will solve that. Thanks for the help.
