Power drain happens on my iphone 3g as well. Another problem came up again: being closed after updating its library, ipeng forgets evertything on restart, i.e. updating again, wrong last player. Sometimes operating instructions pop up. I have to wait ~ 2min. to be able to use it. As I had these bugs with 1.30 and later I previously had downgraded to 1.27 which was much more useful in this regard. BTW.
