The log you posted earlier which showed the 2 CD/DVD drives is quite different to the log you have just posted. The CD/DVD drives are not seen by CDDA2WAV and there are extra disk controllers.
If CDDA2WAV cannot see the DVD drives at startup, then it will not offer them in settings.
