I had missing tracks like that when I accidentally didn't use the same paths on ReadyNas. I mistakenly built the MusicIp library using a different path to the same directory. I rescanned using the correct path so I had everything listed twice since I didn't want to rescan everything (it took a week the first time!). The behavior was that lists would be incomplete, like 4 songs instead of 10, but when I played them it would find them all somehow.
