The Flash/AAC streams provided by BBCiPlayer are supposed to sound better (I believe AAC has some psychoacoustic features) than MP3 or WMA of the same speed. The symptom of playing for a sec and then stopping sounds like part of an BBCiPlayer characteristic of early v0.9 where it played, stopped and then continued playing. V1.01 changed the buffering to eliminate it. I think this behaviour is/was more prevalent with 128k speed links for UK users which I cannot test as I only get 48k -- bpa ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=73488 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
