That means that SCPowerTool.exe is failing to do it's job and is exiting with an error code, for some reason. So, I think the problem apparently is with SCPowerTool.exe, not with SrvrPowerCtrl. Can you post the C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\Anwendungsdaten\Squeezebox\Logs\srvrpowerctrl.log file?
