Isn't that info already in the wiki plugin pages
(http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/SqueezeCenter_Plugins)?

That page on the SlimDevices site just refers to a plugin competition
from 2004, I think, so isn't really a register of anything other than
that competition's announcement and its results.
