I have just bought a s/h nokia 770 with the intention of using it to control SC and also replace my pronto to do all the rest of the kit - lighting, tv, dvd etc etc. Trying to make the whole setup wife friendly.
Is there any advice anyone can offer as to which direction to look in first? Packages? websites? Irblaster protocol info? I was thinking of looking at irreco and seeing if I can link it to the transporter irblaster. That would save money as I wouldn't need to buy an irtrans box. All relevent IR kit is near the transporter. (I am an electronic engineer with lots of software experience - just not in windows (or for that matter) networking protocols. I don't mind learning new skills - within certain time restraints!!)
