I tried it and it looks pretty much like your screenshot. I don't get the bit about the now playng screen, and I didn't see any updates when I changed tracks. It has been a while since I installed a new version of SC though (Version: 7.0 - 17793) though. Can you explain how its supposed to work? Having looked at the code there doesn't seem to be much too it.
