Do you still have problems with mplayer ? I assume that's why it's not playing.
What version of Slimserver/Squeezecenter ? 6.5.4 If you had difficulty extracting the "right" mplayer from the dmg - you could try the executable in post 9 of this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=34847 I will try this. It is import to test mplayer in a Terminal window before proceeding with the rest of AlienBBC installation. Does that mean typing mplayer at the Terminal prompt in that directory? What will happen to let me know it's working? When you say before proceeding, this was my last step. What comes after this?
