As some time I need spotify connect and sometimes not, I would like to be able to toggle it ON/OFF from a cli (command line interface) call.
You can leave it on, it shouldn't hurt. Why do you believe you have to disable it?
But in order to configure a third party plugin I wonder if it's possible
