I'm also encountering playback completely stopping after a track on the latest plugin update (v2.1.2) when rendering to a Samsung UN40KU7000F TV (software version 1260). I previously worked around this by providing a PCM flow. No UPnPBridge configuration seems to work for playing back more than one track at a time.
