I suspect that access of Squeezeplay to your local LMS is somehow blocked by the firewall of your Mac OS X system.
I am not using Mac OS X, but on my Linux system I could solve a similar problem by temporarily disabling the firewall. I could then connect to LMS by manually entering the IP address of the LMS server via Squeezeplay >Settings > Advanced > Networking > Remote Libraries > Add New Library => Enter IP address. After this was done I enabled the firewall again and Squeezeplay was still working. I don't know how to disable the firewall on Mac OS X, but at least you could try this to confirm that the problem is caused by firewall settings. | LMS 8.3.1 | Squeezebox Boom | RPi0W + pCP 8.2.0 + HiFiBerry DAC Zero | SqueezeAMP | ESP Muse Luxe | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ CJS's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=68700 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=117184 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
