Material uses LMS's cometd interface to be notified of changes.I have noticed this can be slow (as I think LMS batches updates), so after most commands Material also explicitly asks for status. However, by slow I mean over a second - not minutes. All I can suggest is that you use Material's debug (see my sig) with "debug=json, cometd" to see if the status back from LMS is correct. I have made some changes for 3.0.1 that might help with this. Is there any chance you can try the git/master version? If you do not know how then just wait for the next release (don't mean to be rude with this, just its not worth the hassle to explain right now if you are unsure of this). In fact I think it has affected the now playing info of > the selected touch Are you stating Material's now-playing screen is out of date? As in it shows the wrong info? That would be very odd, and I have never seen this. Perhaps look in the console tab of your browser's developer tools to see if any errors are logged? *Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json (Use http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json,cometd to also see update messages, e.g. play queue) 2. Open browser's developer tools 3. Open console tab in developer tools 4. REQ/RESP messages sent to/from LMS will be logged here. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ cpd73's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=66686 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109624 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
