It is located on your server PC at: "C:\ProgramData\InguzEQ\Log.txt" (Note that ProgramData is a hidden Windows folder. Press Win+R and type "%programdata%\InguzEQ\Log.txt".)
If you see CLIPPING+ in the log, then you need to reduce the Inguz "gain" value. You do this in the following file: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Squeezebox\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread\InguzDSP.exe.config" Set your EQ the way you want and play a variety of tracks from different albums, then check the log for CLIPPING+. You may need to iterate the gain to get it where you want it. Generally, I want to see tracks peak no greater than -2 dB. Note, these file locations are for LMS on Windows. If you are running another OS, you'll need to find the equivalent locations. Zombie wrote: > I assume it is possible to change the EQ bands in a conf or XML file, > right? The band frequencies can not be changed. If you need finer control, enable the "31-band" EQ option and get as close as you can. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Apesbrain's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=738 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=116119 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
