Thanks for the clue.  I may need to dig into the runtime library of my
development stack, because I tried to supress the message everywhere
that I could be triggering it, yet to no avail.  I run other system
multi-monitor, but not my surface, I don't have a dock for it.  At this
point, I'm not aware that others are seeing this, so I'm guessing that
it is something very peculiar is going on.  I'll keep looking.
