I'm running the Material Skin Android app on a tablet running Android 6.0 and it doesn't allow me to change the order of the homescreen menu items via drop and drag. This isn't an issue on my newer Android mobile running Android 10. So, my question is where are the preferences stored at so that I may manually edit them?
