I read that the code needs serious cleanup because there is a lot of legacy code present. Let's see how this develops, there are enough decent remote-app alternatives available already of course. But maybe a few ideas or features can be used from this code.
That said: It would be nice if the Squeeze Commander code would be open sources as well, IMO that was the best remote app out there around 2010/2011.
